Has somebody seen a strange pattern when transiently expressing Prot-GFP fusion in Benthamiana leaves?

Hi, Has somebody seen this strange aggregation before? I don't think they are agrobacteria since they are GFP specific (only excitable by 488 nm laser). Any input is welcomed. Thanks Alaeddine
