The endothelial cells have more affinity to positively surface of polymer scaffold, I want to know why ECs were attached to that nanoparticles which I called.
Please help me.
Besides surface charge, nanomaterials has unique surface properties and surface energy.
tnx dear jia
may the electrospinnig charge the nanofibers surfaces? if yes, what charge?
just check with the zeta potential.. I have one paper and one more paper in our group

Surface charge is a characteristic of materials which is strongly dependent on surface chemistry of particles or fibers and pH of colloid.
the only way to measuring surface charge is using zeta sizer, but you can use potentiostat or galvanostat regarding to measuring molecular charge.
hope this be helpful.

Dear Strum
Thanks alot...
we guess, we had uncompleted reaction between formalin and phenol or some changes are needed in process. and also we need to have final resin with 50% solid content and 200 cp in viscosity.
