An experiment was conducted on perovskite thin films made up of methyl ammonium bromide and lead iodide.the films made were subjected to different temperature before measuring the band gap energy through uv and florescence spectroscopy.What was the aim of the experiment?

As perovskite material are dealing with a problem of stability under ambient environment like humidity, temperature, air etc. So the aim of the experiment as per my understanding is to check stability and study of optical properties by treating film with different temperature.
