Dear Vimal Kumar Singh Yadav, your question is not specific enough, unfortunately. If you have a more specific situation in mind, please tell; otherwise it is very hard to answer your question.
Sir, I have two layers of Ag NPs of varying thickness. Do I expect raman peaks will shift for varying thickness or raman intensity will be different for varying thickness for same material?
Your Raman spectra depend on few factors. Two of them may be important.
First: does the structure of your material depend on the layer thickness ? In the case of vibrational spectroscopy (Raman or IR) the position of the bands (= vibrational frequencies) are sensitive to the structural parameters (i.e. distances between atoms).
Second: is your excitation light absorbed in the sample ? If that is the case you should estimate the thickness of material which is the "source" of Raman signal. It may be different than the thickness of your layers.
If you want more precise suggestions the detailed description of your experiment is necessary.
