Because of it´s interest, and implications for practitioners, intervention design and so on,...I´m willingness to deep into his actual state of scientific evidence, and to open maybe the discussion about it´s theorical base, scientific claims, applicability,...for the advancement of the emotion research field. ) and some important critiques about the theoretical and statistical analysis foundation of their article ( https://www.rug.nl/research/portal/en/publications/emodiversity-robust-predictor-of-outcomes-or-statistical-artifact(74155944-8151-47df-bd29-204ebfc85920).html ).Another study linked emodiversity with successful aging ( https://academic.oup.com/psychsocgerontology/article-abstract/73/1/75/3095817 ).
The empirical evidence of link between emodiversity and mental or physical health seems insufficient to design an intervention. More studies are needed.
