I did the simulation for torsional stiffness of truck chassis, my model size is 2.45 x 12 m. I want to validate the simulation result by experiment on scaled down model. I plan to use 1:10 scale from the real model. What are the dimension of scaled down model? Are the thickness and magnitude of load should be changed based on the scale 1:10 also? Should the torsional stiffness for the real and scaled down model be the same?

As long as you will not go behind the yield strength you can safely scale down the model. The material properties are in this case main problem in scaling the structures.
The torsion should be applied by scaled displacements in the same scale as the structure. Stress will be the same as in full-scale. Forces and moments are scaled in different way.
