Every day the Iraqi corrupt government and their corrupt parties kill Iraqi protesters, with the silent of all glob including UN.

As the most representative inter-governmental organization of the world today, the United Nations' role in world affairs is irreplaceable by any other international or regional organizations. The United Nations has made enormous positive contributions in maintaining international peace and security, promoting cooperation among states and international development. Today, people of the world still face the two major issues of peace and development. Only by international cooperation can mankind meet the challenges of the global and regional issues. The United Nations can play a pivotal and positive role in this regard. Strengthening the role of the United Nations in the new century and promoting the establishment of a just and reasonable international political and economic order goes along with the trend of history and is in the interest of all nations.
It is assume to help all nations, but they are still silent about the Iraqi protesters sufferings.

United Nations are world's peace makers and keepers. They did great jobs in many nations where there were conflicts thus preserving lives. However we must know that political conflicts are not the same as religious. Judgement is thrown overboard in religious conflicts. The United Nations humanitarian projects also should not be ignored. But for the United Nations, many attempts of genocide would have succeeded and ethnic groups wiped out.

The UNO was commissioned in mid 1940's with world peace being its prime mission. It has intervened in the past in several international disputes and established peace. It has several member nations in it.
The United Nations has a lot to do in Iraq, and the intervention is always through a government call more than a popular one.
The United Nations does not apply the saying that prevention is better than cure, but rather treatment after the disease becomes worse.

Simply put: executing the biddings of the super powers. Sometimes the biddings turn out to favor the majority and in some other occasions they help the minority.
They are just meetings between NATO and other superpower. In the Cold War, the role had more importance but now the role is vanishing.
The United Nations wants to fulfill four objectives: to maintain peace and security in the world. To develop friendly relations between nations, to achieve international cooperation by encouraging respect for human rights and to be a center where the efforts of nations are harmonized towards common objectives.
There are a lot of politics and interests of world powers in the role of the united nations which include; protection of citizens and maintaining international peace and security, promoting the development and cooperation among states.

However, now nothing depends on this organization. Decisions are taken by five countries. The rest of the participants silently obey. We have been observing these actions over the past 10 years.

I want to see the UN eliminating 1 Mafia organization now-days, of course no, let along the millions Syrians that were forced to leave their homes and live scattered everywhere, what has the UN done, nothing, keep it that way.

The United Nations is a body that has been created by man. It was created with some objectives. It has been able to meet some of them but surely not all of them. The problem that you have written in the explanatory part of your topic of discussion, is surely a complicated one. It is difficult for the United Nations to poke its nose in the internal matters of a country, until and unless things really go out of control. The U.N. does not want to show it as a threat to the sovereignty of any country.
The problem that you have mentioned, as far as my knowledge goes, first needs to be taken up by some human rights agencies, preferably by some internationally famous ones.

IMHO the main purpose was to prevent war particularly of the world war type. But this doesn't mean to prevent conflict, especially of the economic competition type. Well, we've seen small wars (not meant to be prevented) but no world wars. Further, on nation USSR collapsed rather than go to war. (Note: in previous centuries, states gong broke many times responded with war.) So, yes, success, but it is strained and requires the support of a peace provider at great and unsupportable expense of the US. Britain before tried to enforce such a peace and it collapsed. The US is reaching the end of its ability. What is needed is a self-supporting World Order organization.
One of the strategic goals is the peaceful resolution of international and global problems. The key issue is efficient and effective international cooperation.

From an ideological and political point of view, the UN was based on the liberal concept of the 20th century welfare state, which entered a crisis in the late 1970s and was replaced in 1991 by the neoliberal model. That is, despite the continuing deceptive socially oriented rhetoric, for the last 30 years the UN system, like most other international structures, has actually served as a veiled conductor of the values of financial globalism. The latter, most likely, will be destroyed by the coming crisis and a complete reformatting of the world economy. Accordingly, new organizations, if and when they arise, will be lined up for a new economic basis (or bases) and new meanings that are not even visible yet. Depending on this, it will be decided whether an organization with worldwide coverage is needed, and if so, on what new principles it should be created.

The United Nations works according to the interests of the great countries. Democracy and free and fair elections are just slogans. The United Nations does not care about the weak and poor peoples, and does not care about it except to the extent of the interest of the great countries there.

The world respects strong countries that don't respect international law, & the United Nations is completely unable to deter them or at least hold them accountable. All we hear is that the Secretary-General of the UN is very concerned, but can apply all legal & illegal laws too on the weak countries.
