Dear sir, I have done Cyclic Voltammetry for pesticide sensing but i didn't get any peak in that potential range.I have some doubts regarding the following set up of CV.
1.There are several types of Potentiostat/Galvanostat have mentioned in the papers, so whether the Galvanostat / Potentiostat should be exactly same or not ? We have the potentiostat with model number AUTOLAB 302N Modular Potentiostat.
2. What is the role of PBS buffer in pesticide sensing? and which amount of buffer and electrolyte we should take?
3. For different types of electrodes (ITO glass, GCE) whether the peaks will come at the same potential range or not?

Before answering your particular doubts and queries in a coherent way, you are requested to clarify a few points:
i. What is your cell configuration (2 or 3- electrode cell assembly)?
ii. What is the potential range that you have chosen?
iii. What is your active electrode? Is it the as- purchased one or have you modified it?
iv. Whether you have used any supporting electrolyte?
Now for your doubts : The potentiostat/ galvanostat is just an instrument to monitor the complex or simplistic voltage-current relationship. So, essentially, all are similar (only the brands are different) and they may differ in current or voltage range, compliance etc. The one we are using is one of the most popular class of present day potentiostat.

For the last part, each material has its own unique redox potential, thus each material would show a peak at different potential value.

We have used 3- electrode cell (Ag/Agcl as reference, Pt as counter, ITO as working electrode and we have modified it. We used KCl as supporting electrolyte.
Here we have chosen the potential range between -1 V to +0.6 V.
Try to use fero- feri supporting electrolyte with the KCl.
What is the electrolyte concentration?
What is your active material?
Yes sir we have already used that.
We used 5mM ferro- ferri soln with 0.1 M KCl.
