I had done Chi-square test for nomal, log-normal and weibull PDF from real collected data set. but every time I got the p-value for normal PDF is 0.3775. I want to know is there any specific reason behind this same repeatation of p-values?

I'm not sure I understand what you're doing.
You're running goodness-of-fit tests for a specific data set to various target distribution functions, correct?
If the data set is the same each time you run the test, then this accounts for the repetitive nature of the results. In fact, if it did not, that would be a concern!
If the data set is not the same each time you run the test, then please tell us:
1. What specific test are you using? In what software package?
2. How are the data being collected?
3. Can you furnish a sample data set as an example?
If you are willing to elaborate your query in this way, I am confident that someone in the RGate community can offer more focused recommendations.

It is better to share your data and/(or at least) the steps you went to get the output. For example, in SPSS,
