Hi, Mohammad, can xou fromulate your question more precisely? Do you mean whole plant cukture, or callus culture?
Of course, you have to cultured plants with relatively high humoty, whcih, some time, for example, during day-night transition, with lowering temperature, were led to water condenstaion.
Hi Mohammad, To my knowledge RH in the growth room should be kept around 70% ( which comes normally with air conditionning) to have the room free from fungal growth on walls etc. and to prevent evaporation of culture medium. However, the humidity inside the culture jars is 100% and there is no harm to the plant growth as sugar is given from the medium.
