I need to calculate the barrier height of the Schottky contact based on thermionic emission theory, so i want to know the Richardson constant value for indium oxide.
The Richardson constant is expressed by
A* = 4 pi q m* k^2/h^3,
All what do you need is to search for m* of indium oxide and the the values of the physical constant and then you can calculate the Richardson constant.
The value for A= 120 A/cm^2 K^2 for m*=m0

Result of that equation: A* ~ 36 A K-2 cm-2
And:
„A* (= 36 A K-2 cm-2) is the Richardson’s constant of n-type In2O3“ is from the second link ( first sentence below equation 3).

In general when using such number in a paper / thesis or other document one has to provide a reference. Indra should at least know the reference.
