what is the relation between training error and testing error?
Is it always possible that a model having higher training accuracy have also high testing accuracy.

Dear seyed saeed Jannesar,
I agreed with your comt. But I have one doubt regrading the performance of model.
I apply best in training algorithm as Ensemble method to ensemble five different prediction model. The idea behind this ensemble method is to take across the dataset partitions, the best model in training based upon a certain criterion in
that partition.
I always considered best trained model, but the problem is that the performance of best trained model is low as compare to individual model.
