I'm working with a rickettsia symbiont found in some insects, and I found some variability of the bacteria present in different populations of the same species of insect.

I have characterized the bacteria using 16S, gltA and atpA finding a different variability in these 3 regions.

I'd like to know what is the most conserved region in the genome of Rickettsia among the atpA, the glta and the16S. I believe the correct order is what I have just written. atpA should be the most conserved region, gltA should be a little less conserved and 16S should be the region that changes faster. Can anyone suggest me a paper on this topic? Many thanks in advance
