What is the recipe of developing Aluminium oxide thin film on glass substrate using wet chemistry method?

I want to develop Aluminium oxide thin film on glass substrate using wet chemistry method. I am now confused about the recipe. Please help me by providing appropriate recipe and technique.

First synthesize aluminium based sol from chloride precursor. Just spin coat this sol over glass substrate and then anneal the glass substrate at 500 C. This will provide you the thin film you need.
