Could you please give more details about the preparation procedure? Did you put both ANI monomers and MWCNT in electrolyte solution, then one-step electrodeposition? or you used a two-step procedure: coating Pt electrpde with MWCNT first, followed by the electroploymerization of PANI? If you havnot tried the latter, you could just try.

and sir one more question here i have polyaniline in powder form (Aldrich) can we use it for electrodeposition ? by preparing the suspension in DMSO.
I guess not. For electrodeposition, you had better use aniline monomers. Pricesely speaking, it is electrochemically induced polymerization and deposition. In addition, if you want to prepare water-soluble PPy, then you can use Chemical methods with doping which you can find the details from many literature.
