I have been testing Li-ion pouch cells at low temperature in the potential window of 2.8-4.1 V. I found that the pouch cell starts its charging from 3.2 V (instead of 2.8 V) and discharging from 3.9 V (instead of 4.1 V). I was wondering what could be the exact reason for this voltage drop.

PS. all charging and discharging are done at same low temperature
