I am trying to use nano-fiber coating for cathode materials of low electronic conductivity to improve their conductivity. I have seen lots of articles regarding nano powder.
Nanopowder coating will have a higher surface area, so better contact surface with other layers (assuming good wetting). On the other hand, nanofiber coating will give a better conductivity due to longer percolation path. Its a trade-off that depends on which parameter is more important for the application.
