Have you considered the ionisation of tyrosine in excited state? Tyrosinate emits around 345 nm. Why don't you show the spectra?

Your question is misleading as, first you say "structured shape" and then you say "dual peak". I hope you know that the two are different thing. Please be specific with your question. What is "some polar solvent"?
Thanks #Tuhin Khan for your reply.I know that tyrosinate emits around 345nm but I've found splitting in the emission maxima peak near 300nm in Trifluoroethanol solvent ,I mean one peak splits into two that's why I have said that it has a structured shape.
