your question is not precise enough. What is the composition (and charge) of your complex? What is the oxidation state of Co?.
And your question already contains an obvious fault: NH2 is not a valid and stable ligand.
You have to be precise in your questions if you expect a valuable answer.
In general, you do not dissolve your cobalt complexes in cobalt.
I fully agree with Axel Klein. Try to understand precisely what you are doing and what are the problems encountered. Nature of aqua, hydroxo and ammine complexes should be looked into. Oxidation state, coordination number, electron count and the types of ligands matters.
Be precise in giving details, than giving incomplete information.
