Mr Tirupati, are you doing thermal analysis? You mentioned maximum temperature, if it is more than the melting point then surface melting will occur. Whenever turbine blades are operate at maximum temperatures, so it can lead to failure of the blade, surface damage and also it effects the efficiency.
Thermo-Structural analysis for a engine blades at high temperature will have many factors to consider and many parameters contribute in analysis. Like the melting point, If those are non metallic and polymer then things varies and as we are talking about the engine blades then there are a few cases where the shaft which are been connected to the blades are made of titanium and consideration of their materialistic properties at elevated temperatures need to be identified.
