Model based Machine learning is based on topology. Shape analysis and computer graphics is based on topology. There is no science without the concept of distance, metric, convergence, Housedorf space, continuity etc.,.... All sciences are based on topology. Topology is the building block of all sciences, not only in theoretical strength, but with numerous practical involvement and applications.
