What is the pure chemical extraction procedure of Mangosteen (Garcinia mangostana) & Is it possible to develop amylase enzymes from Mangosteen fruits?

The major chemical contents of Mangosteen (Garcinia mangostana) are Polysaccharide and xanthone that are found from Mangosteen fruits as well. Mainly Polysaccharide has polymeric carbohydrates that is composed of monosaccharide units bound together by glycosidic linkages using amylase enzymes. Could it be possible to develop enzyme wash on different constructed denim fabric using amylase enzymes by Mangosteen (Garcinia mangostana)?
