I'm working on milk quality for my Ph.D thesis and I need to know what is the protocol which shall I follow to detect the antibiotic residues in raw cow milk from dairy farm.

The chromatographic technique is mostly being used over others, because the rate is much higher in recent times, due to higher sensitivity and specificity and higher quantification capability.
