I want to determine the MIC of Campylobacter jejuni to tetracycline. For that i want to perform the broth microdilution method (in 96-well plates). Does anyone knows a protocol for it? Thanks.
simply prepare a general media and dispenses into your 96-well plate (150 micro litre). add different concentrations of the tetracycline (in one plate you can have 3x8 different concentrations). adjast the celle in the wells at 0.1OD. make sure the total volume is 200ML. inculpate at 30 and take readings at 600 every 12h upto 3days. good luck
