What is the protocol regarding the broth dilution method to determine the MIC of Campylobacter?

I want to determine the MIC of Campylobacter jejuni to tetracycline. For that i want to perform the broth microdilution method (in 96-well plates). Does anyone knows a protocol for it? Thanks.
