Hi,

During My thesis, i spincoated PDMS on a mold, the layers were a lot thicker (~50um) but it can maybe be helpfull.

The ratio Curing agent/PDMS should not change, it do not change the viscosity of the PDMS before curing but it change it mechanical properties after curing.

I would advise you to play on :

1. Speed

2. Spincoating time if the speed is too high for your experiment.

Make sure that the cover glass is well attached to the spincoating machine, high RPM can lead to dangerous accident.
