Which method will yield effective result? Is it the inoculation of the seeds or seedlings with PGPB?
I need detailed methods on how to inoculate the seeds as well as the seedlings in greenhouse and field trials.

You can use it as seed coating or dipping seedlings into the culture, for proper seed coating you can mix the culture with talc or glycerol and for seedling diping you can dilute the culture by water then keep the seedling's root dipping for 30 minutes to 1 hour then transplant the seedlings and can pour the culture near the plant's root.
