What is the procedure to model lumped mass in FLAC 2D for representing SDOF system resting on soil?

I am modeling a SDOF system resting on soil which is elastic. The foundation and stick is modeled by beam and pile element with appropriate stiffness. The beam element is connected to soil by elastic interface with shear and normal springs. Now i need to model a mass on top of the pile element which will repsent the mass of the building. How to model the lumped mass on top of the pile element??

Shall i make a grid on top of the pile element and connect the pile element to the grid to represent the lumped mass??
