What is the procedure to functionalize hollow fiber membrane?

I'm trying to functionalize the commercially available hollow fiber membrane. I'm trying to functionalize it by later by layer method. Kindly let me know whether it is possible to functionalize a hollow fiber memberane after completing the potting process

This is my first time in hollow fiber membrane. Kindly help me out. I don't have facility to fabricate hollow fiber memberane. That's why I'm buying it. Please help me.

You can do polyamide coating in case of PSU and PES membranes. Whereas for PVDF fibers you can do grafting.
