I am trying to export individual bands from Sentinel 2A file by clicking the individual band and using the Export -> GeoTIFF option from file menu. But every time complete dataset gets exported as single GeoTIFF file. Can anyone explain the procedure to extract single band and export it as GeoTIFF?
Here's a vague way of doing it :
-view the image as you like it (in RGB format or any single band)
-you can right-click on the image and select spatial subset by view
-select the entire image or a part( however you like it) and there you would have an option of selecting the bands too(for spectral subset) .
-extract the file as GeoTIFF then, it will have only the selected bands and spatial view.

Hopefully this help. Here are the steps:
1. View the RGB using data in xml format using ESA SNAP.
2. Resample them using Raster>subset. This steps can open each bands in ArcGIS in img format. Then you can mosaic them or anything you do. Or you can indentify the vegetation indices or biophysical.
3. Once you can the vegetation indices you can subset the region and extract the information.
