It is found that most of the public is having low levels of vitamin D despite of having sufficient milk and eggs in their diet. I have been involved in many research surveys on vitamin d deficiency.

I reached at conclusion that two factors may be involved

1. Lack of sufficient exposure to sun

2. The diet contain some chemicals that inhibits the absorption of vitamin D.

Want an opinion from the research community what they think of the matter ?
