Dear colleagues, I am using a kit from Qiagen to isolate RNA from extracellular vesicles (exoRNeasy Maxi Kit). I am trying to find out the principle behind the capture of EVs in the columns of the kit. The only information I have been able to get from the company so far is that the isolation of EVs is not based on their size. Does anyone have any experience of this that they could share with me, please? Do you think that EVs could be isolated using an antibody against phosphatidylserine, for example?
