Hi everyone,

For my thesis, I am investigating the effects of MDA and 4-HNE in seminal plasma in male patients undergoing IVF, and thus determining if certain levels of MDA and 4-HNE effect IVF outcomes, We are using the ab238538 Lipid Peroxidation (4-HNE) Assay Kit to determine the values of 4-HNE in seminal plasma, and were wondering if anyone recommends using duplicates at the same concentration, or generating duplicates at two different concentrations?

Any help/ suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
