What is the polymer, operating voltage required to deposit graphene oxide using the electro spraying method?

I want to deposit graphene oxide layer on wave-guide act as saturable absorber. I am using electro spraying technique. Please suggest me with the polymer to mix with go powder (graphene oxide) and the operating voltages of electro spraying or spinning for atomization of liquid droplets and deposition?
