What is the piezoelectric feature and the electrospinning method of AIN?

hello I want to use AIN in nanofiber form because of its good piezoelectric properties. Does anyone have experience using it? What is the best solvent for AIN? According to my previous experience, the presence of DMF in solutions destroys the appearance of nanofibers, and this is a cause for concern.
