We do not have IVUS or OCT in our cath labs. We have 2 coronary dedicated cath lab, where around 100 PCI, including PCI in LMCA beings performed. All most no cases of LM bifurcation lesion done.

We have IVUS, which is used in 5-10% cases only. LM bifurcation, ostial LAD, to see sent apposition (esp. calcified lesions) etc.

We have IVUS, and OFDI which is used in almost 100%(90% IVUS and 10% OFDI) cases, Including ACS situation.

We have IVUS, and irs dedicayed to LMCA intrrventions mainly, due to cost issues, so its in the range of 5% or so.
