What is the optimum molecular weight cut-off (MWCO) for concentrating exosomes in PBS?

Hi, I have isolated exosomes from mouse epididymis using SEC in 300ul eluate (PBS) volume. I intend to concentrate the sample in order to increase the protein concentration (for LC-MS/MS) but I am not sure about the optimum molecular weight cut-off (MWCO) to be used for the same. Any help would be highly appreciated.
