How can i protect my MS excel work from not being used by unauthorized persons.
The point is that if i mail my excel to MR A, if he fwd it to his friend Mr B, he cant access it without my permission..
Kindly guide.
@Manu Batra Follow the below process to set protection on your Excel Sheet.
1- Select File > Info.
2- Select the Protect Workbook box and choose Encrypt with Password.
3- Enter a password in the Password box, and then select OK.
4- Confirm the password in the Reenter Password box, and then select OK.

Imran Anwar boss..... this i have already done ... the point is that the person to whom i forward the sheet should not be able to pass it to others without my permission
