I'm trying to capture target genomic loci using biotin-Oligo baits.

I think bait to DNA ration is very important to get accurate results, but I'm not sure how much of them should be used for hybridization. I understand the ratio could be various depending on the experiment, but I just want to get some sense of it.

If anyone has experienced before, would you tell me?
