We are performing image annotation and there are 50+ classes. Before starting the annotation, we would like to what would be the optimal number of points per class. We need to do this before the training as we need to budget. Are there any formulas, or cheat sheets to find the above value?

Since it is for budgeting, we don't need the exact value but would like to have at least a range.
