The two-photon fluorescence emission rate of a single fluorescent molecule  (R) can be express as

R = frep kexc τexc η

Where, frep= Repetition rate of the excitation pulse

kexc= Two-photon excitation rate

τexc= Pulse width

η= Fluorescence quantum yield.

So, how to calculate the one-photon fluorescence emission rate (R')?
