I would say 600 MHz !
The H5'-H6' coupling constant is about 8.5 Hz in Sinensetin (www.mdpi.com/1420-3049/15/6/4452/pdf). Therefore, you can deduce the magnetic field by measuring the distance in the doublet of H5' and the distance according to the chemical shift scale. You should obtain 8.5 Hz / 14.3 x 10-3 ppm = 600 MHz
