It is well known that electric modulus can be calculated from complex dielectric constant. The most general equation to explain the frequency dependence of complex dielectric constant is the HN equation. Since dielectric constant and electric modulus are interrelated, the same HN equation can be used to study the frequency dependence of electric modulus also. In such case what is the need of extra equation viz. KWW function?

My question is what is the need of KWW function to study electric modulus although we have HN equation?
