I don't know exactly for data in the CTGA database if it's downlable, but in this link you'll find some fields to follow (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Centre_for_Arab_Genomic_Studies).
maybe in the variometer project website (http://www.humanvariomeproject.org).
I don't have an exact answer for your question. But I suggest you to concentrate of Arab countries which has large frequency data and population such as Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Sudan and more.
The below link may be helpful to your findings
Article Arab gene geography: From population diversities to personal...
I used GWAS catalog in order to identify studies related to European population, so you can try to check for your purpose.
Initially, I filtered the results by traits, but you can do by SNP as well. Check the results and data, extract them in a table (e.g. xls, csv, txt) and use a table editor options (Excel, SPSS etc) to sort the data by:
- information on which populations the study was done
- information on which population it was replicated
Besides, in this article (Article Genetic risk variants for metabolic traits in Arab populations
) there are some MAF data, so check if you can find anything necessary. Also, use this article in NCBI in order to identify their references and who cited them, so you can increase the area of search.
