Could you please tell me what is the most suitable statistical methods which can be used to analyze the seed quality data of five maturity stages which produced in 3 location and 2 season?
If seed quality is expressed as percentages (e.g. germination percentage) then in most cases data transformation is needed to meet the assumptions of ANOVA (esp. normal distribution). In most cases a arcsine square root transformation (also called angular transformation) works well for transforming percentages or proportions.
You can treat as five maturity stages, three locations and 2 seasons as a 3 factors for analysis. analysize the data with factorial controlled block design (FCRD). You can get individual factor effect as well as interaction of all the three factors also.
better use double split plot design for analysis. like Factor-1:Seasons (S) , factor-2: Locations (L) and Factor-3: Maturity stages (M). From this you will get inetercation effect of all treatments or you can also try 3 factorial CRD as suggested by Avinash Prabhakar karjule
