There are lot's of other parameters that will affect the structure such as the substrate type (including surface properties), deposition temperature & substrate temperature, initial structure of your powder... But from the literature I can tell it will be most likely in amorphous form (or XRD amorphous/nanocrystalline) in as deposited condition, and if you need a crystal structure a post annealing process will be inevitable.
