I am trying to simulate the case of fluid flow and heat transfer through a channel rotating around a parallel axis. My problem is what are the best boundary conditions at the outlet of the channel that can be applied in order to maintain the solution stability and the mass flow rate along the channel?

You can specify the constant mass flow rate for the outlet (Ansys CFX). If you cant measure the amount of water flowing then apply reference pressure /static pressure.
