The answers are as follows: 1、HY-P0120 is expressed through a CHO stable cell line, and its molecular weight information is as follows: 59.671 kDa (non-glycosylated) and 62.561 kDa (glycosylated: dominant form). In the literature (PMID: 38663923), a molecular weight of 63,000 Da is generally used for calculations. 2、This product is a liquid formulated in a sterile solution containing trisodium citrate dihydrate, anhydrous citric acid, mannitol, polysorbate 80, and water for injections. Separate storage is recommended. Store at 4°C for up to 2 years; do not freeze. It can be diluted with medium or PBS.
