Can I insert sequence (200bp-800bp) in pUC57 plasmid for PCR and qPCR applications??

I have to PCR assays. I want to prepare positive controls with DNA synthetic. But, I'm not sure use pUC57 plasmid. My PCR product are between 200 -800 bp. What other considerations should I have?
