I am planing to conduct a rice endosperm ChIP-seq experiment. Our interest is for the early developmental stage (no more than 96h after fertilization), therefore, endosperm tissue collection is tough for us considering the samll rice endosperm size. For all the ChIP-seq protocols I read, they always use more than 1g tissue for the experiment. I would like to know what's the minimum tissue amount you guys have used for a successful ChIP-seq or ChIP-PCR.Thanks for your information in advance.
